“Do I really need a professional copywriter?”
A professional copywriter is trained to effectively encourage your prospects to act. Whether that’s to sign up for an event, call for more information or place an order right then and there. We do this by blending a fair amount of psychology with specialized writing techniques so you talk straight to your prospects’ inner desires. And professionally written copy seamlessly connects your product and service in a way that convinces prospects your products/services are their best answer. With strong copy, you can:

  • Increase revenue from marketing campaigns
  • Increase lifetime per customer
  • Increase revenue per transaction
  • Increase revenue per customer
  • Increase response rates
  • Increase conversion rates
  • Increase your bottom line!

“What’s your copywriting background?”
I started off in sales, working for industry leaders and winning several sales awards as a top producer. Then I turned my sales skills to print and became a copywriter.

I’ve been a professional copywriter since 2004, writing everything from packaging copy to long sales letters, websites and email campaigns. I completed the highly respected AWAI copywriter’s course and continued further study under Parris Lampropolous – one of the top copywriters in the country.

“What type of projects do you do?”
Mostly B2C direct response copy with a clear call to action. This includes:

  • Articles
  • Space ads
  • Website copy
  • Landing pages
  • Email campaigns
  • Document editing/proofreading
  • Sell sheets/flyers
  • Brochures
  • Sales letters

If you have something else in mind, please call and we’ll discover if we’re the right resource for you.

“What’s your process?”
1.       Info-gathering meeting (phone or in-person)
2.       Additional research (also with your team if needed)
3.       Submit first draft
4.       Discuss edits (up to 2 rounds)
5.       Submit final draft
6.       Celebrate your success

“What other services do you offer?”
Sometimes, you may need more than just copy. For example, if you need a complete brochure or website made, I work with an experienced team of graphic designers and web developers. We can complete the entire project for you with me being your primary point of contact and project manager.

“How long does it take to complete a project?”
Project completion depends on a number of variables including: how quickly we receive the necessary information to get started, length of the project, and feedback between drafts, the type of project. As a general guideline, print projects normally average 2-3 weeks.

“How do you charge?”
To offer you the fairest quote, we quote based on the type of project, amount of research, copy length and additional team specialists needed. Projects are scheduled once 50% of the project total is received. The balance is due at acceptance of final draft.

“How do we get started?”
To see if we’re a right fit for each other, let’s talk. We can discuss your project, your needs, your past successes and disappointments. Or feel free to ask us lots of questions to get a better feel for our work and our personality.
